Ladies and Gentlemen:

Nov. 14 and 15 was our leadership and Board of Directors meeting.  On the 14th we covered the Management System for creating invoices and rosters.  We had a couple take me up on our invite for this demonstration which was conducted by Joe Nickol and Ron Benenati.  Many things are new in the system and you should call Joe, Ron or myself should you need help.

In order for me to be able to communicate better with you your Director will be calling to get updated information on your club President and Secretary and the person responsible for creating invoices.  If you like you can call

your Director or send him an email with the following information: TBF Club #, Club Name, Type (Regular), Category (Bass), State (FL), Division (Southern) Status (Active or New), Contact Address, Email, If your club has a website-website address, President, Secretary. I believe many of the clubs are not getting information because we have insufficient information for making contact.  KINDLY HELP.

We covered Premium Memberships.  If you need more information on the Premium Memberships your Directors can help.  You can also go to www.bassfederation.com and key on Premium Membership.  Memberships come in 2, 3 or 5 year increments, Silver, Gold and Platinum.  These memberships include your

TBF and FLW dues  for the level of premium membership you purchase.  If you use the membership you are GUARANTEED to save money. Some of the things you will receive a discount on would be Hotel Rooms, Car Rentals, Eye Glasses, Movie Tickets, Car Tires, Oil Changes and many, many other items.  Well worth the cost.

Solar Bat Glasses-  Fundraiser which can also be found on the TBF website.  You can earn money for your club or Junior Club.   You need to check this out.  It's there lets take advantage of it.  Your Director can also help you should you need additional information.
