During the Board of Director's meeting in November the decision was made to allow sixteen and seventeen year old to fish as non boaters for the 2015 season. During 2014 trail eighty plus percent of percipient surveyed agreed this would be in the best interest of the Florida Bass Federation. This will allow the juniors to move to the adult tournament trail this year or fish with the high school programs. We are add $750 to the payout at each qualifier this year. The money will be divided between boaters ($450) and non boaters ($300). This money is the profit from raffle ticket sells this year.
